Storyline: 

The storyline of Heart Attack 3 (Lucky) 2012 is happy and spins around Vikram Kumar assumed name Fortunate (Yash) who is infatuated with a TV stay Gowri (Ramya). Gowri treats Fortunate with chilling disdain, and helping her keep Fortunate at a safe distance is her canine Zoo. Gowri is constrained to leave from her activity and assumes control as innovative leader of a publicizing organization. Fortunate wants a prospective employee meet-up and assuming that Gowri would most likely not let him land a position in her work put, he goes up against an alternate personality, Vicky, finish with new closet and changed hairdo. Vicky forms a compatibility with Gowri and proposes to her. At that point, he comes to realize that she's pining for Fortunate. Vicky endeavors to demonstrate that he himself is Fortunate yet comes up short everytime as his companion had effectively wrecked every one of the things connected to Fortunate all alone guidance. Gowri firmly accepts in the event that it was Fortunate, Zoo would have pursued him out. Vicky leaves from occupation and later turns up dressed as Fortunate. Gowri still rejects him saying she has begun revering Vicky.
